I had an amazing stay at Best Western Plus in Thionville. The hotel's modern design and comfortable beds made me feel like I was in a luxury hotel. The location was perfect, right at the entrance of the pedestrian area, with a great selection of restaurants and bars nearby. I also appreciated the park next door, which was convenient for my little dog. The night staff were exceptional, providing better service than even some 4-star hotels. this hotel offered excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

really welcome base for a short stay. spotlessly clean hotel with good and ideal location in thionville right by the square, shopping centre with a plenty of restaurants, boutiques and a supermarket and shops, stores, hairdressers, cafe's and restaurants. very quick check-in and easy check-out, parking on street. everything modern.

Fresh, modern, clean room. Fantastic bathroom. Tea/coffee making facilities. Large screen TV. Free fast wifi. Excellent value for money. Helpful staff. Good location. Quiet room.

The location was excellent, close to the city center and lots of restaurants. the receptionist, Matthew, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. When our sat nav led us astray, he showed us the way to the underground car park and even booked a fantastic but slightly pricey restaurant for dinner. the hotel itself was well-maintained, with a beautifully decorated and cozy reception area. the staff was amazing and went the extra mile, and the rooftop offered a wonderful view for relaxation. Kudos to the manager for the creative video showcase in the elevator and corridor. Breakfast was also delicious with a great variety of options. Cons: No issues. 🙌.

The hotel’s location was a plus point as it was situated near the main streets of the city, making it easy to find a restaurant nearby. it was right next to an indoor shopping mall with a Carrefour grocery store, making it convenient for those travelling by car.
The hotel lacked the modern touch that was expected from it as the décor was overwhelming with black carpets and phrases written all over the walls.
